Amrita was singing this song in her sweet voice and the tune caught me offguard. This song became famous in 2016 from the movie- Praktun (Former). Story line of lost love and yearning.

But then the tunes have this habit of repeating themselves.

in your mind. Then it forced me to think on in a nostalgic manner. Wasn't there a time-I used to think everything lost. everything dark and everything so sad?Then the struggling years and repeated failures- which eventually became badge. The badges that you proudly display because you find that experience enriching and responsible for pushing you forward. There is ofcourse so much to do and look forward to. even when the world seems to have gone into tailspin of Pandemic and whatever we took for granted- seems so distant. Will that particular awesome day ever come back?

So, when i saw her singing and doing a dance.. the yearning came back.

Then i looked up this song in Youtube. One comment was- We all feel we are the only ones who have faced lonliness, loss and frustrating yearning forever. then you listen to such sweet songs and know you are not alone.
